Order Cancellation

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order is generated, it can not be changed easily.

You should submit a help Ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days after receipt of the goods.

1. Get in touch with our customer service representative . Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Please send the goods to us through your forwarder.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

Return Conditions

1. You can decide if an item is right for you within thirty（30）days after receipt of the goods, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Consumable products.

3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.The address on the logistics list is not our return address, so once returned according to it, we will not accept.

5.Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

6. We will refund customer after we receive the package. Please provide your account number and we will refund your money by wire transfer.

Refunds

If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when placing an order are non-refundable.We will only return the cost of goods.
